With 10+ years of diverse recruiting experience, Tracey has developed a knack for seeing beyond a singular job opening and uncovering the true need behind the job requisition. HR leaders and hiring managers alike have relied on her insight to help redefine their organization in a way that improves the team structure and, ultimately, the bottom line.
She has been responsible for building recruiting processes from scratch, growing start-up organizations and transforming companies away from stale HR practices. Her unique, candidate experience focused approach to recruiting has transformed organizations from virtually unknown to highly desirable in under a year. She has led recruiting teams from overworked and struggling to highly engaged and passionate about their mission.
Tracey’s most recent experience has been in the manufacturing and supply chain space. During her time with Fanatics and Global Widget, she created hiring processes and recruited for leadership positions in procurement, production, quality control, shipping and administration. She has experience vetting, hiring and onboarding cGMP leaders including Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operations Officer positions.
Her decision to transition from a corporate environment to consulting is fueled by a desire to drive success in as many organizations as possible. She has a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industry, which has given her a passion for psychometric tools and understanding the whole person when evaluating individuals and teams.
She is a member of HR Tampa, RNG, Hacking HR, LinkedIn Local and attends many networking events. She has also begun and facilitated a re-employment networking group to help those impacted by job loss due to COVID-19.
